Please allow two weeks for your transcript to reach its destination. If you have applied to college through the Common Application, Coalition, or Send Edu, you do not need to send a paper transcript.
Transcripts cost $5.00 with the first two free and no charge for scholarship transcripts. Payment can be made in the student services office.

2016 to 2020 Graduates

Students who graduated or withdrew between 2016 and 2020 have the option to complete a transcript request in the student services office or you can request, pay for, and receive updates online for an additional fee by clicking the link below.
Transcripts ordered in person are $5.00

If you are a Hoggard student, but are moving to a new school and need your records
Please do not use these forms to request a transcript be sent to your new school. Please have your new school submit a records request via fax or email to Denise Simpson. Once we receive a records request, we will release you from our school and send your records/transcript. We must have this request to withdraw you.
